Opal and Diamond Ring - 10K Yellow Gold Estate Jewellery

This gorgeous halo style dress ring is part of my Estate collection of fine jewellery pieces. The 10K yellow gold ring features a cabochon cut opal measuring approximately 8mm in diameter and weighing approximately 1.75 carat surrounded by 47 blue (enhanced) and white diamonds weighing a total weight of approximately 0.25 carat.   The diamonds are VS – SI clarity.     This opal is lab created under ideal conditions to produce the stunning vibrant colors. Lab created opal has the same optical and mineral properties as naturally found opal...the difference is the ideal conditions of a controlled lab environment which produce the stunning optical effects of opal. This opal has stunning red/green/blue/yellow fire. 

 Opal is the traditional birthstone for the month of October.
