Bee Pendant - Mythological Coin Necklace - Sterling Silver

This Bee pendant is made to replicate ancient Greek coins.  The bee is a symbol in many different cultures often meanings diligence, fertility, and royalty.  Made entirely in sterling silver, the rustic finish reflects ancient symbolism. The bee pendant measures approximately 16mm in diameter and hangs from a sterling silver rolo link chain approximately 3mm in width and approximately 18" (45cm) in length. The chain closes securely with a lobster style clasp. The pendant has been oxidized to accent the rustic patina of this piece.

*Please be aware that oxidation occurs naturally...on this piece I have accelerated the process. Over time and with wear, the oxidation will change and enhance...becoming darker in the less 'worn' areas and lighter in the higher areas. The process is unique to each wearer.
